4. Every municipal body to which this Order applies must, before 30 June of the fiscal year following the fiscal year in respect of which the management indicators established in the Schedule are applied, submit to the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy a document that includes at least the results observed at the end of the fiscal year in question.
